From start to finish TR was exceptional. We met with 5-6 other companies and without a doubt Brian from TimberRidge, had the best vision and the best cost. He was also so patient with us from the time we first spoke until we contracted. He came to our home at least 3x and adjusted the plans as we asked. The fact that the most beautiful homes in our area were TimberRidge customers was the icing on the cake! Jenni in the office was so wonderful and kind answering all my questions. The crew that came in worked nonstop for 2 days to complete our project before thanksgiving. Great experience. We are already on the calendar to have them add landscaping and a retaining wall in March. Highly reccomend and was actually shocked they werent angie's list rated yet!

Our experience with them wasn?t positive because they did not honor their quotation. After a lot of argument with them, we wound up paying them the original quote, but unfortunately we could not convince them that they were wrong in what they were doing. They broke off our relationship with them, although I would have liked to continue using them. The price that they quoted me was a great price, but the price that they wanted to charge me later was twice the price.

Brian Lee came over to discuss design of new patio several times. He was very instrumental in helping to choose the proper brick pattern and colors to complement the brick on the house. After contract was signed, he and his crew came over and did an excellent job with no real issues of any kind. It was a very clean job. Everyone on the job was very professional and courteous, and the patio looks great. Overall price was competitive.
