Wonderful people! We bought our tile from them as well.

They did an excellent job. They were very good except for the fact that they were not very good about keeping in contact with me with regards to their schedule. I thought they were coming out at a certain time and they did not appear so I had to eventually call them and ask them if they were running a little behind. They had not bothered to call. The people who put the floor in seemed to be very confident and did a nice cleanup afterwards as well. Their aim was to get the whole job done in one day which was originally estimated to be a two day job so I was pleased with that. Their price was comparable to a couple of other estimates that I have had.

They've been very accommodating. I like the service they gave and I like the information I got from there. They're honest, straightforward and price well. Their showroom was nice, well laid out. The people there were nice. They got answers if you have any questions. It's a pleasant place to visit. The quality was really good.

Both of the individuals we worked with (Sue and Andrew) were extremely professional and very patient with me and my wife as we had quite a few decisions to make related to our tile selections. After telling them of the type of style and look we were wanting to achieve they were able to bring tile selections to our attention. Also, upon us identifying a tile that we wanted to use on the shower floor, they were able to fabricate a larger tile (it was a 6x6) that was turned into a (2x2) tile that we could use in the shower floor. Finally, after the tile was purchased and installed, they were also extremely helpful in helping us select the grout colors to go along with each tile selected. I have one more bathroom to remodel and one I am ready I will definitely going back to this company for my ceramic tile.
