-Owner of company was prompt and courteous. Repairs were completed .with attention given to details and information provided regarding any questions. Work area was left clean. Was very satisfied with company.

Kitchen sink was backed up but we could not find the clog. Technician explained the problem...clog was beyond our reach...and quickly resolved the problem. He was professional, polite, and friendly. The charge was extremely reasonable compared to most other plumbers.

This was a good experience. Jesse was professional and pleasant and did exactly what was required and did not try to sell me anything else. I will call him again if I ever need a plumber.

We found a leak in our basement and called Super Bowl Plumbing. The owner came out within an hour, found the root of our leak (an old water heater), drained the water heater and replaced the it later that day for a reasonable price. He also fixed some other little plumbing problems we had and advised us on other things. We were very pleased with his promptness, work and cost.

Had leaking pipe in wall fixed twice before. Found water on floor last night coming from same pipe that had been repaired twice. Called Super Bowl Plumbing, explained problem. Tom seemed to know exactly what we were talking about. Gave us a price and his son Jesse, whom we've dealt with before, came out within 30 minutes. He assessed the problem, found it to be exactly what he thought, replaced pipe and outside spigot, soldered and caulked in several places and was finished in a little over an hour. He also advised us to put foam insulation around the pipe and in wall when everything was dry.

Contacted the company and they promptly set up a time convenient to both of us to do a site survey and provide me with an estimate. Once that was done the work was done within a week to my complete satisfaction.

TOM RETURNED MY CALL QUICKLY FOR A TOILET THAT WOULD NOT FLUSH, AND WAS ABLE TO COME OVER THE SAME DAY TO AUGER MY TOILET. I PLAN TO USE THEM FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE.
