Joe was fantastic and we would absolutely hire him again for any electrical needs we have. He was quick to come out and assess the damage after we had an old/poorly installed ceiling fan cause a small electrical fire. We thought we would be in for a huge, expensive project but Joe was very honest and did his best to keep our cost manageable while making sure he made the home safe. He was great at communicating every step he took and that we were fully informed on the plan for repairs. I highly recommend if you want someone who is going to explain everything in detail and be an honest, hard worker. Thanks Joe!

The work was done ok but the supplier fumbled the documentation and application with the utility and skirted their system which ended up disqualifying us for the rebate we were promised. I will never use this company again.

Joe Messineo responded to my first call promptly. Was there the next morning. We discussed my needs and that I wanted everything to work. He went through the house and basement showing me what and where things would be. He was open to suggestions about how and where I wanted things like gas lines and electrical lines to run.

He explained the equipment sizes available and what they could each do for fulfilling my needs. He explained prices for the equipment and prices for the labor.

Their price was comparable to the other bids I got, but he took more care to explain and show why things had to be done certain ways. I had read all of Generac's installation instructions before hand, and he followed all the rules. They other guys were very lax about things like where windows and vents were in relationship to the generator; how to put gas and electrical lines so that they were as hidden as possible. Looking at the installations of others, I found them not as neat and cleanly done as Joe's.

When we were finished, it passed inspection and the inspector said it was as well done as any he had seen.

Joe explained how everything worked and what to do if something doesn't go as it should.

I am hard to please, but I am VERY PLEASED with this job! Its perfect, neat, clean and looks like it was done as a work of art.

From my initial conversation with Joe Messineo to the completion of the work, it went very smoothly. I received a quote from Joe within a couple of days. He showed up on the scheduled appointment date on time and was very professional. His work is great. I would definitely refer him to others.

Arrived promptly as scheduled and began job. Did nice neat work and took extra pains for job completion and clean up when done. Explained functions that were done and gave some tips to landscape around area of generator. We were very pleased with the whole job and would highly recommend this business to others !
