Quick and efficient service

Hired JFM after seeing reviews on HomeAdvisor. Jeff showed up early (after contacting me to make sure that was okay), and meticulously went about solving my issue (couple of rooms/lights without power): a lost neutral buried in an outlet due to shoddy original construction. He was outstanding, and a nice guy to boot.

My mom is elderly with health problems. The furnace switch on her vintage circuit board was faulty-sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Jeff came out in a snowstorm the same day I called. He checked it and left with the plan to get replacement switches. After he left, the furnace went out. Jeff located the switch through one of his specialty suppliers and came back the same night-saying he couldn't sleep if mom didn't have enough heat. Who does that? Our family will use him forever-he also could have overcharged and didn't. He not only did an outstanding job, he renewed our faith in humanity.

Jeff and John were on time, professional, and finished my entire project in 4 hours. I am thrilled with the 2 pendant lights I had installed. I am very satisfied and amazed of their capabilities.

We didn't have power in two wall outlets. Ed came by at the arranged time. He found the problem was a bad wall outlet in another room that fed power to these two wall outlets. He changed the master outlet and checked everything. I wouldn't have thought it would be an outlet in another room. Very satisfied with the outcome and will have Ed and JFM back in the future.

JFM was prompt. Moments after submitting my request on a Friday evening the phone rang. They came out on Saturday afternoon and fixed our problem with a circuit, plus switched out a few outlets and switches and rewired three switches. I was extremely happy with the prompt service and overall job performance. I will not hesitate in calling on JFM Electric for all our future electrical needs.

I had a kitchen remodel project where I needed 8 can lights, couple of switches, new outlets and a couple of pipes moved out of the way and also under cabinet lighting with LED lights.
