He did a good job. He checked everything out and he fixed the problem. He thought it was the cords, but it ended up being the spring. He was very professional. He was very detailed. They are reliable. Their technicians that have come have been good.

Technician named Justin, came out to our residence where we discussed replacing our existing garage door for one that would hang on a shorter track, to provide us with ceiling space for additional storage space in garage. I paid him the $38- CASH that was told was required for him coming out to quote us.
Justin told me he would call back with a quote within a couple days. After never hearing back from him, I placed several phone calls to the company with no call back from Justin. I was told only Justin could provide the quote and received no further assistance or contact from him or any other employee representing the company.
I made every effort to follow-up and receive my quote which I paid for. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS
