I'M A DETAIL-ORIENTED PERSON, AND HE ALLOWED ME TO ACCOMPANY HIM TO THE LUMBER YARD, AND MAKE MY OWN CHOICES IN WOOD QUALITY. HE ACCURATELY RECREATED OUR ORIGINAL STAIRS, AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
