We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work that Gray-Kemp did on our bookcases. They always arrived on time, whether it was for the original estimate, the measuring procedure, or the installation. The overall appearance of the finished bookcase was flawless. It fit against the wall exactly, which was due to the careful measurements taken as well as the expert installation. During the installation, openings were precisely cut into the back of the bookcase to provide access to electrical outlets, a detail which we much appreciated. Russ Kemp, one of the partners, came to help as the bookcase was installed. He also was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very interested in making sure that we were completely happy with the company's work. We couldn't be happier with the bookcase, and strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, high-quality custom woodworking. They also make furniture and all types of cabinets.
