After explaining the problem the repairman began to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a complicated issue and recommended not putting money into the repair due to old age of the machine. He felt other things could go wrong in a short amount of time even if he repaired it and did not feel it a wise use of the money. Made some very sound recommendations for a replacement washer and even answered questions I had about what would fit in my area (which is a small confined space).
Even though it was not the desired news I was looking for, I felt very confident in his information.
Would use this company again!!

After being told it was a broken motor, I waited 2 weeks for the part to arrive. I had to call Dand B back since they never called to tell me the part arrived. After being told they would arrive between 9-11am, they showed up at 2pm. When I called to ask why they were late, the person on the phone started to argue with me. The person finally arrived and was there all of 5 minutes. Said the appliance was repaired and to wait for 12-24 hours. I used it the next day and nothing was repaired. Had to have Sears come in and they discovered that is was a piece of broken glass that was preventing the pump from draining the water.

Called Dand B to come out and take a look at our Maytag front loading dryer that wasn't drying. The phone was answered immediatly and was available to come out the same day-on a Saturday. Gave us a 4 hr window when they'd be available and then called when they were on their way over. Found that we had a broken heating coil, replaced it and was done in less than a half hour. Repairman was very nice and honest. $60 call fee was applied to the repair we had and they gave a $20 discount too. I'll use them again for sure!

The technician, Greg, found a melted wire cap that was shorting the wires. He replaced it and everything has been fine since.

Diagnosed and priced on 8/9/10 ordered part after $200 deposit and work was completed professionally on 8/18/10. I would recommend the service man. Price is a lump sum without breaking out material and labor costs, but on checking cost of the one part with GE at $229 it appears that the two service calls were much more costly than advertised by this company.... their response was that their cost for the part was much higher than the retail cost quoted to me by GE.

They were very prompt and very responsive. They came out two days after I had called them. I have been using them for years. They are very reliable, trustworthy, congenial, and fair.

I'm always very satisfied with his work. He is efficient, can evaluate the problem/issue quickly and will explain to me (including drawings if needed) what the problem is, what has happened, what is needed to fix it, and if the repair is worth it. He will also share helpful information with consumers in terms of brands that he does the most repairs on, that are hardest to get parts for, have the most expensive repairs, etc. Before I bought my last dryer, I asked him what he bought for his wife and he gave me candid recommendations.

They did well. We were pleased with them.

Company able to make an appointment for the day after we called. Greg showed up at the promised time and explained the problem to us as well as the cost. Repair went well and the freezer is now functioning well.

Family owned company. Dean knew what the problem was with the Dryer, fixed it quickly and moved on to the Dishwasher. He identified the most common problem, the seal in the soap cup, and replaced it. I also had a problem with the ignition, on our Jenn-Air Cooktop, which clicks at random times. Dean suggested I clean the grime off the ignition points, and pointed out, that if that didn't work, the cost to fix it was probably more than it was worth. After Dean left, the dishwasher soap cup didn't open, and the Dishwasher still leaked intermittently. Dean came back, showed me how to remedy the leak (old, warped Dishwasher), and fixed the release motor on the soap cup, no charge for the second trip. Nice to talk to, practical advice for aging appliances, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone.

They were able to have someone come out the same day I called. The technician identified the problem immediately and had the part with him to fix our dryer.
