My internet has now been down for two days. Internet goes down on a regular basis. Phone was down for a day this week. Customer service is terrible. Cant reach a human to discuss problem. Just get recordings. Do yourself a favor - do not use Comcast. I'm now checking out AT&T. My sister has AT&T and does not have any problems. As far as Comcast being the faster internet service - that's a joke. I play solitaire while waiting for my emails to load.
