We left a message asking for them to call us back and that we were looking for an estimate. They never called us back.

The company was prompt in coming to give an estimate, which was much lower than the next lowest bid. They said that the work would occur ''in 1 to 2 weeks''. After about 5 weeks, the work took place. In all fairness, they were busy due to rainy weather and tree emergencies. However, I only got answering service messages when inquiring on our start date. Finally, after threatening to go to another tree service, they responded. They then came out within a week. All employees were prompt, courteous, and professional. The main obstacle was reaching them(answering service). Cleanup and quality of work were first-rate.

Good experience. They were on time and did exactly, as indicated in proposal. The only negative was that, when I called them for estimate I got an answering machine and had to wait for a call-back.
