lt went great! Tom showed up on time, worked quickly and expertly and was friendly and polite. As he was taking down a blind that is 144 inches wide, it was not a small job. He certainly knew what he was doing! When I asked him for recommendations about other window treatments, he was able to give me some design ideas. I am VERY HAPPY with the work done- fast, efficient, professional, excellent service. I would definitely use BETTER BLINDS again.

The company was very quick to respond, and took the time to go into detail about the whole process.
The Technician came out on Tuesday (4/24/12) to take down the blinds. and was back on Thursday (4/26/12) to rehang them.
The Technician - Nick Smith - was very polite and very professional. He took the time to let me know his approximate arrival time on both days.
All in all Better Blinds is the BEST !! I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and neighbors, and will definitely use them again.
