Established in 1990 by Mike Brend, Auto Plus has provided quality auto repair and service at affordable prices. There are now 3 Auto Plus locations: Addison, Lombard & Aurora. Auto Plus understands that it's not always easy to get your vehicle in for service. That's why we offer free loaner vehicles, free shuttle service, Saturday hours and early/late night drop off avaiable. Our technicians are ASE certified and we are BBB accredited business. We are a full service state of the art auto repair facility. We offer 90 days same as cash financing. We offer a free inspection each and every time your vehicle is in one of our shops. We'll tell you what needs to be done now and what items can wait. We also make notes in our computer system and send you helpful service reminders via email or mail. Our clients are #1 and we're here to help solve any of your vehicle problems.

The staff was great - especially Jackie, who stayed in touch with me, was upbeat, helpful, and willing to work with me through the whole process. My car had failed an emissions test, and not only did they diagnose the problem, give me an estimate quickly, and give me honest predictions on possible costs, but they drove the car long enough to prepare it for its next test *and* took it to AirTeam for the actual test. That was above-and-beyond service, if I've ever seen it. I'll definitely be back.

As usual, Auto-Plus did a fantastic job.  Owners, Mike and Kay Brend, as well as their advisory staff, listened to my problem and concerns about using Mazda factory original parts vs. aftermarket parts ( Oil Pan & Oil Pan Gasket ) to complete the repair I needed.  Mike said the aftermarket oil pan would save me about $90 to $100.  I explained to him the savings might be great now but I didn't want problems with fit and function the aftermarket parts can sometimes create.  Mike said he would order the factory and aftermarket Oil Pans and do a side by side comparison for quality and proper fit.  He called me and said there will be no problem using the aftermarket oil pan and gasket.  He and Auto-Plus actually saved me $90 to $100 that I was willing to pay for factory original parts.  This is an honest, knowledgable and dependable auto repair business that truly has the customers best interest in mind.  Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction and Auto-Plus means it.  My family and I own 4 cars and all are serviced by Auto-Plus.  They have 3 stores located in the western suburbs of Chicago ( Addison, Lombard and Aurora ).  I know your experience will be as good as mine.  Believe me ..... I have better things to spend my money on than car reparis.  Unfortunately, car repairs are a "costly" fact of life, so why not take your car to someone that isn't looking for a cash cow and will fix it right the first time or work on it again until the situation has been properly resolved.
