Well, I am glad the rest of the block has internet at the cost of the destruction of my property. As for me...I am in month three of trying to make this right but they wont fully address my claim unless I file with my homeowners insurance. No care that my property insurance is going to go up. So, it did not go so well.
Description of Work: This contractor was hired by AT &T to replace a cable line in my back yard. They welcomed themselves on my property, without permission, advisement or my knowledge with a back how and left a huge hole for about three weeks, poorly backfilled the property, destroyed my foundation of my shed, and hence my shed since I cant fix the foundation without demolishing the shed. Ripped out a tree, used cheap grass seed and left me with a disaster. At & T nor this company cares that they did this to me and are leaving the mess for me to clean up.
