When you call us, you will be greeted by a “neighbor” who will provide you with personalized claim service. Our auto glass technicians are trained beyond industry standards and use top quality OEM materials. We are happy to make repairs instead of replacements when possible. Under the right conditions, our expert repair technicians can repair chips and dings using the highest quality resins so that they are almost invisible to the eye. Many insurance companies will waive the deductible if you repair your windshield rather than replace it. Windshield replacements are only required for severe damage or if the damage is in the driver’s line of sight. For severe auto glass damage, we can fully replace your windshield, side windows, and rear windows. We secure your new windshield to your vehicle with high quality adhesives following the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). If you can’t make it to us, we’ll come to you. Our mobile windshield replacement services are popular because they are fast and convenient. The experience was good. He came down and repaired it at our place. We have recommended them to people, and our friends used them after the hail storm, because a lot of cars were damaged. They are good, and they do it quickly.

I called he company before 7 and they promptly answered all my questions, immediately asked the questions necessary to identify my windshield and set up an appointment. Normally, they would come to my house but since it is sub-freezing, we met at one of their work locations. They were punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Definitely would use again but hope I don't have to for quite some time.

A very good job was done. I expected that I may have had to pay for the repair because a former repair was out of warrantee. But they were nice enough to waive a charge because they felt that the former repair may have been at fault of the leakage I was experiencing when it rained. I truly appreciate a vendor standing behind its service. If, in the future, I required a service of their expertise I would definitely have them do the job.

From the initial call w/ Alicia, all the way through the service installation w/ Dave, everything was top notch with All Star. Everyone involved in the transaction conducted themselves in a polite, and professional manner. I had called around to price compare, and can also say they are very price competitive (the closest option I was considering was $2 less).

We had recently purchased a used car for my daughter. After driving the car for a month she mentioned that there was a rock chip on the windshield. I contacted All Star Auto Glass to have the chip repaired. They came out and determined that the chip had been previously repaired and we must have just noticed it. I received a full refund. They are honest, prompt and courteous.

From the website, I requested an estimate. In about five minutes, they called me. The estimate was lower than another estimate that I had received. The woman I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable, and explained the whole process. Since my schedule did not allow for immediate service even though the crack in my windshield was growing each day, she assured me that the windshield would not fall apart even if the crack spread across the entire windshield. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I received a phone call telling me when the technician was on his way, and giving me his approximate time of arrival. Once he arrived, the technician explained everything to me prior to performing the work. Even though it was a cold, windy day, he completed the job in about 45 minutes which included putting my iPass transponder on the new windshield.

I called All Star first after seeing reviews for this company and two others. Another reason I chose All Star is that it listed Subaru. I had a very good impression. The lady I spoke with was very professional; she gave me a quotation that I knew was reasonable after seeing the reviews (for other companies as well), and she told me the work was guaranteed. She first offered to have the technician come to my house the following Monday morning (it was Saturday afternoon). When I told her I was looking for service as soon as possible, she told me that I could go to the corporate headquarters right away for service, if I felt it was safe enough to drive the car. She actually had the technician wait for me, as he was just leaving. After I arrived, the service was completed in less than an hour, they answered all my questions, and I'm very pleased with the results and have had no problems.

Called on the 6th and they came out the next day to my work at the appointment time. The guy was great. Took less than an hour. They put in a new windshield on my Mercury Mariner. All I had to do was unlock the door and pay the bill. Drove home after work. What a great way to do business.

I have not historically had positive experiences with any auto service company but this was professional and flawless from beginning to end.
I originally submitted a quote request through the web site last October and received a reply within an hour. I decided to finally get the work done in February. When I called, they still had my quote accessible and scheduled my service for the next day. They could not provide me a more specific time frame on that initial call, but they did say I could call first thing on the day of service and get that information.
The work was done at my place of employment. They called to let me know the service technician was about 10 minutes away. The technician then called me when he arrived. He told me it would take approximately 45 minutes to complete the work and that he would call me again when he had about five minutes left so I had enough time to get over there from my office.
The work was done in 40 minutes, he handed me an information card about what I could and couldn't do during the first 24 hours after the installation. He processed my credit card right there and handed me a receipt with a postage-paid customer survey attached.
I would recommend this company without hesitation. I dealt with four people there and they were all polite and professional.

All-Star Auto Glass was recomended by my body shop. I called around 8:00 and they scheduled me for that day. They could not give me a time window at first but suggested that if I called back in an hour they would know when someone would be available. I called back an hour later and they told me someone was 40 minutes away. He showed up just when they said he would. He had everything he needed in the truck and was done in under an hour. I had a terrific experience all the way around.

I originally called seeking a price quote before calling my State Farm agent. When I called All Star, they provided me with the repair cost ($199) and also confirmed that they are a State Farm approved vendor; therefore, we did a 3-way call with All Star, me, and State Farm. On the phone State Farm verified my coverage and I was able to schedule All Star's mobile unit to replce my window from my work place parking lot the same day. In addition to not missing work, this also meant I did not need to make an additional call to my agent. I paid the All Star employee my deductible ($100) and then All Star would bill State Farm for the balance. Process was done with one phone call and within one day.

While driving on the highway, a somewhat large stone fell from a construction vehicle that was in front of me, bounced on the road and then (of course) found the windshield of the car I was driving. The large crack that resulted was too large to repair, so the windshield had to be replaced.
The $500 deductible with my auto insurance meant I wouldn't be filing a claim with them. However, my insurance company did tell me that they could get me a great price with a glass company partner of theirs. It was $400, and I had to bring the car to them.
I decided to look around on my own, just for the heck of it. All Star Auto Glass had some good reviews in Angie's List, so I gave them a call. I found out they could come to my office during the day to do the work, and the price was $295. Sold. (Thanks a lot, insurance company.)
You schedule a day, then call them that morning to get a window of a few hours as to when they'll arrive. My repair guy arrived within that time window, was very friendly and courteous, and had my new windshield in place in less then an hour. Payment is due at time of service.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company in the last month. I used them to replace the cracked windshield on my son's car. Today, mine was replaced as well as my partner's. Both of our windshields were cracked beyond repair. All Star's quote was significantly lower than the other quote I received from another A rated vendor. In addition, All Star's quote included EVERYTHING, while the other company's quote had tax and molding disclaimers. I called All Star this AM, and requested replacement today. Now, it's just before 3 PM and both cars are finished. I hope we don't break any more windshields, but if we do, we'll use these guys again.
