Fine. All services were completed in a timely professional manner.

They did fine work and they were accessible but they missed two appointments before they actually got to one. They installed the furnace so they gave me a discount for the ongoing service.

I called around looking for someone to install a Bradford model water heater, but was having a lot of trouble. Air Flow went out of their way to install it. You could tell they didn't do water heaters everyday but were really great about.
