I initially brought my car in for a repair estimate after a tree limb fell on my car during a storm, broke my moon roof and scratched up the car.  Mike and Mario looked at my car and reviewed the estmate I had froma service provider who was a "direct repair" for my insurance agency. They assured me it was a good quote (I had thought I was being scammed) but pointed out a couple things had been missed. Where the business my insurance company referred me to for an estimate failed to help me and put heavy duty plastic on the roof of my car (they claimed they had no plastic!), Addison Auto Body did it!  Mario took my car to the back, cleaned out glass I had not gotten out of the moon roof and put plastic over the moon roof without me even asking him to do it. (all I had on the car was a garbage bag!) Because the estimates were above the immediate repair authorization of the insurance company I had to go to a "direct estimate"facility for my insurance company. After that harrowing experience I took my car back to Addison Auto Body for  the body work frantic that not all the needed repairs were going to get approved and completed. Jim assured me this was somewhat  "standard" with insurance companies and that they would work with my inurance to get the car repaired and looking brand new. I was even able to get a rental car through them. Initially the work estimate was a week, but the difference in the estimate and the inspection by the "authorized" body shop forced a field adjuster to be required to come look at the car which caused a delay in the repairing of the vehicle. The delay was not Addison Auto Bodys fault.  They completed the work when they said they would after the delay of waiting for the field inspector. The car looked show room new when I picked it up. Even the interior was detailed. You could not tell paint work had been done on the car. Jim, Mike & Mario were always friendly, professional and explained things clearly. All the work was warrantied. I was never made to feel like the "stupid girl". They took a huge headache off my shoulders and made a bad situation tolerable and mostly stress-free. I can't thank them enough.  I would not hesitate to go back to them (although I hope I never need body work again) and would highly recommend them.
