I went to this business to purchase roofing and siding material for my project. I usually deal with their Cicero location and I never had any problems with them. Apparently, the Cicero location does not carry the siding that I needed for my project and they instructed me to go to their Addison location. Upon arrival at Addison location, I had to deal with very unhelpful and arrogant sales person. After he generated my order (I had approximated 50 items with grand total over $1300), he went to ask his manager if they can deliver this "small" order for me. The manager looked at it and he rudely said "NO" - because my order did not have their minimum roofing shingles amount. I was willing to pay a delivery fee but they did not even consider and the manager walked away without giving me any explanation, other suggestion, or even apology. I then decided not to purchase anything from them.
