They did a very good job. They were very busy it was -0 to -10 degrees in tmeperature.. They put a heater in the house to keep the temp up due to the other furnace quiting until they could get the new unit and install it.

It was a newer hot water on demand system that they were not trained on yet and he had come out a couple of weeks earlier and spent about two and half hours, measuring the pipe and stuff because he felt that the intake line was too long and it was questionable which was not the problem. So he went back to his company and did not charge me for that service. Then he came back out and set it up for and he did get it working for us. There were major blockages down the tube and he fixed that. He also took the time to stop and ask question about the furnace because the other guys who were servicing it for three years said that I did not have certain things which I did. This was causing problems for my furnace and causing it to consume a lot of propane and he fixed that too. He cleaned up everything. It is nice to talk to somebody who would not make me out as ignorant. He kept in touch with me because it was like two weeks before he could get back to me. So I did not stand around wondering if he was coming back. He was so nice. They were genuinely concerned about their customer and down the road customer service is important.
