They had to come 3 times before they got the toilet right. After the first time I came into the bathroom and the floor was flooded. They hadn't tightened the valve correctly. Under the sink they simply removed a on-demand-heater that was already disconnected and instead of replacing the valves with what I'd requested they just modified the way the PVC pipes were connected. The entire job, not counting the times they had to return to correct their mistakes, was just under one hour.

They picked up the toilet I had purchased for me from Home Depot and brought it with them to the house. The work appears to be fine. No problem so far and it didn't take them any longer than I expected. Only complaint was they were over an hour late, they did not contact me. I had to call them. Only explanation was the driver had a problem. Would have been nice if they had called to let me know about the delay.

It went very well. Chris was very congenial and informative. The previous faucet, although it had the Moen name, was actually a cheap off brand that someone applied the Moen name to.  The Moen brand that Chris installed was of the highest quality; you could tell by the stainless steel connections.  The connections on the other faucet were of a very cheap plastic. Because of the cheap plastic material, the turn-off valves had frozen in place. The only way the faucet could be turned off was by going to the main turn-off in the basement.  I highly recommend On The Ball Plumbing for service and quality.

It was great!  These guys saved us money the first time around by using the piping we already had in the house.  When they came back to shorten up the gas line they didn't charge us because they were the ones who installed it to begin with!

Every time we've worked with them they have been prompt and professional!

Kailee was my first contact with the company when I called to set up an appointment for a bid.  She was excellent all the way through the process.....efficient, informed and communicated well.  Dustin was the plumber who did the initial walk thru with me.  I have a house built in 1920 with an unfinished basement so all the plumbing is exposed.  Dustin visually showed me what was what with all the pipes.  He listened to me, made helpful suggestions, showed me exactly what and how the job would be done, answered and explained thoroughly any questions or concerns I had and left me with a written bid.

I am so pleased that I chose On the Ball Plumbing to do the work.  I set up an appointment for the work to begin.  Dustin arrived as scheduled and had the project done in one day.  He was efficient, professional, had all the necessary tools and materials so there were no delays and did exactly what he had stated during the initial visit.  When he was done, he walked me through everything so I know how to use all the shutoffs and how to change the temperature control on the water heater.  This may not seem important to some people, but to this 64 year old woman, it meant a lot.
