Drain Pro LLC

I recently enlisted Drain Pro owner Keith Williams to install a water pipeline into the crawlspace of my daughter’s residence.  I specifically requested that Williams call me before beginning work so I could be present during the excavation and installation process.  After three cancellations spanning two weeks, Williams ignored my request to be notified and contacted me by phone stating that the excavation had been completed and the pipeline was in the process of being installed.  I arrived to find Keith’s brother, Jason Williams, performing the work.  During installation, Jason informed me that he did not have the necessary parts to complete the work and to save time I purchased the parts at my expense and delivered them to Jason.  Upon completion of the work I paid Keith the agreed upon price minus $25.00 for the installation parts. 
 
The following day I observed that the installation performed by Jason Williams was leaking water into the residence crawlspace.  At this time I informed Keith Williams of this leak, noting that Jason had also broken a metal water meter cover plate, and had made a poor attempt at even roughly smoothing the fill dirt from the excavation, leaving large chunks of concrete in the residences' front yard.  Keith Williams responded that he would repair the leak and then began a mostly incoherent, obscenity-laced rant during which he stated that I should get my *** into the front yard and clean up the concrete and mounds of fill dirt myself, and that he "couldn't stand customers like me who think they have the right to expect a 'perfect job.”  Williams then threatened “don’t mess with me” and abruptly hung up.  Drain Pro has never reappeared to repair their potentially destructive leaking pipe installation.  
 In addition to the above, I strongly suggest that anyone considering doing business with Drain Pro investigate this company’s past public record as a defendant in Idaho Small Claims Court.  Since 2007, Keith Williams DBA Drain Pro has paid in excess of $12, 200.00 in small claims actions.  These records can be accessed at The Idaho Supreme Court Repository web site.
