I have been a client since they first opened. The groomers do a great job on my two dogs whether they go in for just a bath or a complete grooming job. When one of my and quot;girlsand quot; needs special attention they always make sure she gets it. They will also do all they can to accommodate special styles. The owner of Pampered Pooch has won awards for her and creative grooming. She is definitely an artist. She also oversees the work of her staff carefully.

This was my 11 year old dog's first experience with any groomer, so I was nervouse about the whole thing to begin with. The dog actually belongs to my daughter who is 15 and Ranger (the dog) has been her best friend for his whole life. April was near tears at the thought of leaving him and the anxiety that he might experience in her absence. When we got to the groomers my first impression was how neat and clean it was! I have seen other groomers that were not as conscientious about cleanliness. The woman working that day greeted us with a smile and listened to our concerns about the possibility of Ranger experiencing anxiety and assured us that she would take good care of him. So, April in tears...we left to await the call telling us that Ranger was done. About two hours later we received that call and went pronto to pick up my little girls' best friend! When we got there the ladies were smiling and brought Ranger out looking beautiful and yes, pampered with a bandana on his neck and I swear a smile on his face!
