Service manager Carlos was rude and explained my Wife's car needed $260.00 in parts and the rest of the estimate ($1000.00) was labor. Long story short I fixed the car with $170.00 in parts and 40 minutes of time. This place is nothing but a rip-off. Women beware!

Gave my husband & I a great deal on a quality used car and even made sure it was fully tuned and serviced before we drove it off their lot. They ended up replacing the battery, all four tires and rear brakes at no charge while we were getting the bank loan and made sure it was 100%. Have never had an issue with oil changes from them and they're always willing to help you out when needed. They sell good cars at affordable prices and have some awesome salesmen, who even months later, still call to make sure the car they sold you is running well! Very courteous and nice employees. When it comes time for my next car, I won't even hesitate. I will return to Middlekauff Ford!

My husband & I knew it was time to look for a newer, safer vehicle but we were unsure of which dealership to look at. The last car we bought was not a very good deal and the car turned out to have multiple issues that the dealer did not warn us about ahead of time. It was a disappointment, but we paid it off anyway. A while later, we decided to sell it for something safer with fewer mechanical issues and better fuel economy. The first dealership we sought after was WAY overpriced and harassed me every single day while at work (Goode Motor Volkswagen Mazda). They literally also laughed at our monthly budget of $250, and not to mention their sailor mouthed salesmen were totally ridiculous and unprofessional. My husband has a work truck that we have to have for his job and we are still paying for every month, but they wanted us to give them BOTH of our vehicles to get the deal down in price. Not a chance was that happening! They said they would see what they could do every month for us on a 2010 Ford Fusion and we said okay. We called them two days later to see what numbers they came up with and they ignored our calls! Not to mention, they lied to us and did not even run the numbers at all. They put our deal in the garbage...literally.
So second, we looked at a 2010 Ford Focus (Rob Green) but they also wanted too much for a car that was not worth the price and had a few minor problems. Running out of energy, my father-in-law referred us to a friend of his at Middlekauff Ford. We knew nothing about Middlekauff's sales but we gave it a chance since he did refer us. Immediately upon arrival, a friendly salesman greeted us and helped us find the man we were referred to. Instead of wandering around their lot, they let us sit inside from the cold weather while he put together some ideal car packages for our budgets and needs, which was time saving and super helpful. There were four or five vehicles they selected just for us, and each car they suggested was totally ideal! We test drove all that they picked, but decided on the third one which was a 2012 Ford Fusion. They were honest about the mechanical soundness and willingly replaced the battery and rear brakes at no charge. Not to mention they offered it to us for $234 per month, which was under our budget! Talk about great service, we made the deal.
Three days later, the front left tire blew on my way to work. I was ultimately concerned because we had just bought the car, and now I wondered if there were going to be problems with it too. I made it down to their service shop on a dull spare tire, and Middlekauff replaced all 4 original tires, at no charge. Wow! Talk about kindhearted and genuine service. My husband offered to pay them for the tires, but they turned the offer down and sent us out the door with a smile on our faces. Middlkauff Ford is FANTASTIC! 5/5 stars for sure. I know also that Middlekauff Honda is great too, because they are helpful to my grandmother and her 2006 Honda Accord. Gregg Middlekauff means what he says on those TV commercials and that is something they should pride themselves on. They are such a great dealership and I WILL go to them for all of my future car necessities!
