Slight delay due to weather, once started they were quick and job looks good. No leaks!

I called LEWIS ROOFING and Robert Lewis answered the phone.  I asked him to come and look at my roof and give me a quote to re-shingle it.  He said he was in the neighborhood and could be there in 15 minutes.  I met him at the property and within a few minutes he offered me a quote to finish the work, including taking out the bowing in the roof decking.  He also gave me an idea that it would be a few weeks before he could get to it.  He was very cordial, no pressure and quick to respond.  I decided to go with LEWIS ROOFING and Robert said he would call me as it got closer to his availability.

He called a few weeks later.  On the day he was supposed to come he said he would be there at 1 PM, and he was there promptly at 1 PM.  He said he would finish in one and a half days, and he did.  His team was very well-behaved, he closely watched the team as they did various tasks.  He missed nothing, even when one of his employees was too close to the edge, he immediately warned him to be safe and secure himself.  He did not use shortcuts and paid close attention to the quality of work and materials used.  His team worked like family and they were EFFICIENT, HARD-WORKING, and WELL-MANAGED by Robert.  They cleaned up everything very carefully before they left, even using a blower to clear dust from the steps and deck areas.

In short, the whole transaction and project was ON TIME, ON BUDGET, with PROFESSIONALISM and QUALITY WORK.  I am very happy and pleased with the work.  I would recommend LEWIS ROOFING to anyone.  They are the best and deserve great recognition for customer service and excellent work.  THANK YOU ROBERT!

Putting new roofs on our townhomes was a 3 year project for us.  Lewis roofing was the lowest of 5 roofing companies and had no problem splitting the job up into 3 years.  The quality of the roofs is excellent.  We had to use another roofer to do 1 roof before the large project started and we already have problems.  Lewis repaired the previous roofer's work at 2 years old.  The roofs that Lewis did 2 years ago still look new and we have had no problems with the shingles or leakage. Lewis Roofing is very professional, cleaned up as they went while taking the old roofs off, great communication, great prices. Our project is now complete and we are very happy with the new roofs.  A contractor recommended Lewis Roofing to us and we will gladly recommend them to others.

Very quick to come give us a free estimate. By far the best value quoted from those we were able to collect estimates from. Site manager very nice, professional, and easy to work with. Office manager was also responsive and prompt to reply to messages. Took a little over a week to get us a scheduled start date due to busy time of year, but were able to squeeze our job in so we could our house by our deadline that next week. Were also willing to accept payment from house closing through title company with expediting processing promised. Only complaint is that the receptical used for the scraped off shingles rubbed against the house and left dark scuff marks that didn't completely wash off. Due to rain, there was also quite a bit of mud and dirt splashed up on the house and sidewalk that should have been rinsed off (due to timeline could not delay so we did autjorize to work in the rain knowng the risk of mud and potential foot traffic wear on grass) Also forgot to trim shingles on 1 corner, but once notified they sent someone out the next morning and took care of it.

A little slow in the beginning getting started, but this is a busy time. They did an excellent job, everything was cleaned up and looks great.

Robert Lewis was very responsive to give me an estimate the day following my request.  Once agreed, withing 2 days, the Lewis Roofing crew showed up, and within 4 hours had removed the old shake shingles and installed new asphault shingles on half of the main house, making sure it was sealed in case it rained.  They cleaned up after each days work, and left their work area spotless.  Within 3 business days, they completed the job, which entailed nearly 5700 sq. feet on a 7/12 pitch roof.  The estimate was accurate; and the crew cleaned up, leaving the area neat and clean.  Professional, responsive and knowledgable.  I'd recommend Lewis roofing to anyone!

Due to recent heavy rains we developed a leak in our roof. It was so bad that in the middle of the night part of our ceiling collapsed in the living room. Since we had been considering replacing our cedar shake roof with something more durable and with easier maintenance we bit the bullet and got several estimates for replacement. We decided to go with Lewis Roofing because the estimate was the lowest and there was 1 good review here (all other roofers in our area on the list had only 1 review also). Due to the storms the roofer was very busy and was not able to get to our job until a month after the estimate. Once they started the spent approximately 2 weeks from the start to when the roof was finished, actual work on the roof was done in 5 days of work time. There was a shortage of materials and the roofer had to wait for new supply. However, the stripped roof was covered and there was no danger of any damage in case of further rainstorms. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everyday after they were finished. The roof was replaced with composite shingles with a 30 year warranty. They also removed the venting system (Boston ridge) from the roof because it was a great breeding area for wasp nests and replaced it with a more modern system (there was no extra charge). All flashing and edging were replaced. I showed the owner of the company (Robert) the damage done to our ceiling and he offered to fix it and another damaged area in the ceiling for $700. I thought it was a good price and let him do the job. The repairs were excellent and after painting you could not tell where the ceiling had collapsed. Overall I am extremely happy with the job and would not hesitate to use this roofer again or recommend him to anyone needing these services. The final price was exactly what was quoted to me in the written estimate.

Lewis Roofing replaced our old roof, including a section that had been inadequately repaired by another roofing company. The crew was very professional - very friendly and polite whenever we spoke and they very carefully cleaned up all of the waste materials when they left the job site. The new roof looks great and we're confident that it is done right. There was some confusion about the cost - we were quoted (verbally) different amounts at different times. However, the final price ended up being about what we expected so we were happy with it.
