I took my PC into this shop because my Internet connection speed was less than it should be and I had an older / slower Network Interface Card. My overall experience was very good. The staff was very professional and courteous. They were a day later than promised getting the new 1GB NIC for my computer. Due to the new NIC, my Internet connection speed was increased and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. However, after getting my machine home I found they had deleted some files from my machine while they were "cleaning it up" that were required by my photo printer. It was very difficult to find the appropriate driver on the Internet and get my computer and printer playing nicely again. They did change some behavior settings on my computer that I didn't like and it took me awhile to get it set back to how I wanted. Even so, I would recommend them but I suggest you set some guidelines so they know you want your machine back how your prefer it rather than how they think it should be. Other than that, they did a great job at a reasonable price.

They had to take my whole computer apart, and the price was really reasonable. He was nice, honest, and I was really impressed with him.
