Description of Work: Sharpened two chainsaw chains and didn't unnecessarily sharpen a third that didn't need to be sharpened.

 + -1 moreWhen we took the mower in they said it would be 10-14 days. When we called back in 10 days, the man who answered the phone said he didn't know anything about it, and he was too busy to go check on it. He said, and quot;Do you know how much I have to do here?' Of course we didn't. We did expect him to go find our mower, or at least the paperwork, and tell us what the status was. Another phone call the next day did yield the information of what was wrong with the mower and what it would take to fix it. We got it a week later. We will not return.
Description of Work: Repaired our riding lawnmower.
