I told them that I believed that the monitor cable for my laptop was faulty and asked if they could check it out.  After about a week, they told me that the monitor cable was good, it was the screen that was bad.  They said they have seen this problem before and it was a bad monitor screen. They said they could replace it with a new monitor screen.  About a week after that they had the repair finished.  I did ask how long they guaranteed their work and the monitor and was told 90 days.  That same day, after I took the computer home, I had the exact same problem happen.  I took the computer back the next day and told them that the new monitor screen was faulty, I wanted a replacement under the guarantee.  They took the computer apart and replaced the monitor cable and the problem was solved.  I asked to return the new monitor screen and put my old screen back in and they said they couldn't because they threw it away.  I told them it was not right that they could not have checked the cable liked I asked them to do.  They refused to make their mistake right.  I will never go back there again.
