Chase Bank

We were able to set up our checking account during my busy lunch hour. The people were very helpful and informative.

With all of the sophisticated apps and services offered by Chase, I rarely have need to even go into the branch. When I do, however, the tellers / customer service reps are very friendly and helpful. When I have paper checks that need to be deposited, I LOVE that I can just snap a photo and make the deposit directly from my smartphone. There have been a few times that I really needed to get into the branch and as a working professional that's not always easy to do during regular business hours, but the Twin Falls Chase branch in Fred Meyer makes that much easier with their late business hours and 9am-4pm Saturday hours too.
I've banked with Chase for about a year and a half now and I've not experienced an overloading of fees, statements issues, unknown debits that take so much time and energy to sort out. NOT something that I've experienced with other large, national banks. I'm a big fan so far and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a banking experience that's all about less hassle and more convenience!
