This clean up service was used by the construction company that damaged my daughters basement, her carpet was saturated with sewer water. This clean up service was only interested in saving the construction company money, he stated that the carpets only needed the water sucked out of her basement and did not need to be replaced. He was argumentative and unprofessional in the way that he treated my daughter. I would not recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone.
