real estate appraisal
+ -1 morebad. didnt want to be there, spent 10 minutes, didnt look at shops, storages, or underneath home to verify foundation. made mistakes on appraisal and refused to correct. appraiser was curt and took pictures and left. appraisal far underneath county appraisal. since they are bank affiliated, dont think they care.
Description of Work: appraisal for home refinance.
