BEWARE.... BEWARE.... of the unethical business practices of Idaho Exterior Design LLC. It has been a frustrating experience of the lack of accountability Victoria has taken with no communication and shutting her phone number off. Victoria did not appropriately pay her subcontractors for work completed on our home and the subcontractors came after us for payment and threat of a lien, when we had paid Victoria in full.

Victoria came to our home and answered all my questions. We had French doors which were drafty. She helped us select a new vinyl sliding door which matches our new windows perfectly. Our heating costs were definitely lower this winter!! We love our new windows and can't wait to replace the remainder.
