The only reason I didnâ t give her a 5 rating in customer service was that she hadnâ t called me to confirm that she received my cancellation for our first appointment after calling her a few times. It was really for my own peace of mind but it would have been nice to know. Otherwise, very professional, in time and a very thorough and detailed report.
