Hardware & Home Improvement Stores
Hired them to re shingle my roof on my house, had water damage as well. They sub contracted the job to an inferior contractor that totally mess the whole job up and my roof leaks. Contractor has been back several times, and tried to fix, and was told they would make it right but they never did. Been 3 years now, still leaks. I thought Bassett themselves was going to do the job, as they have a good reputation, but they would not stand behind the sub contractor they hired and make it right for me. They know the job was sub standard because their best roofer looked at it and told owners it needed redone. Use caution using this company. I won't ever again, and I lived there all my life and known the owners for 50 years. So much for taking care of the locals.
