The crew showed up punctually, measured the rooms and gave us a price before they began. The worked quickly and did a great job. The carpet looks so much better than I thought possible. They were very professional and efficient. I am especially grateful that they did not pressure us to add additional services and products, unlike other providers who are all about the hard sell. The price was exactly as quoted - no surprises. I would definitely use them again.
