They spent 20 minutes looking at the furnace and did some minor work definitely not worth the $150.00. I felt like I was ripped off and that they were more focused about making money than fixing my furnace. I wouldn't use them in the future, I heard Johnsonville heating actually knows what they are doing!

When they installed the new furnace, they said that the duct work was poorly done. They were the ones that installed it a few years before that so they were telling on themselves. Overcharged on the pipe for water heater. We had two 40 gallon propane water heaters installed and they routed the pipes incorrectly so that more propane was required to heat the water thereby costing more. I would never use them again., even though it has been several years.

The owner is very professional, listens to the customer, experienced with a long history of commercial and residential projects, timely and fair priced. His crew is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful at explaining the system. I am very pleased with the work and will continue to use his services. First class operator.

Mechanic did not show for scheduled appointment - problem was in scheduling at the office...they booked my appointment, but for got to put it "on the board" so no one showed up.  Once rescheduled for another day, technician showed up on time, conducted the work promptly and explained all his findings and recommendations to my satisfaction.
