Technician sprayed outside of house. Fast efficient. Let me know when they got there and ensured I knew when they were done. This was my 3rd time using them and definitely not the last. Highly recommend.

Technician investigated crawl space and attic. Found no evidence of infestation. Spread a dehydrating bait throughout attic and basement, so that if rodents enter and eat, they leave the house seeking a water source and don't have a reason to return.

Sprayed for bugs and purchased mouse bait. Most bugs removed over time. Not all abated. I need to call for possible repeat spray. I would use again.

While the issue was ants, it was a pleasant bonus that it killed any spiders that were in the house as well. The only thing that could have been done better was to explain what they were doing and what to expect. They came, did the job, and left. I like to understand a bit more about the process, and since the job was done while we were not home, I think the person who took our order and scheduled it should make it part of her process to go over it with the customer. Just some advice to boost the professional B up to an A.
