Mr. Jamie Johnson came to our home today {Thursday the 20th} to do the job I needed done ceramic soap dish in the shower. He was very professional and yet was personal too. Got the job done to our satisfaction and the price was very fair. I told him when he was ready to leave I felt he was a friend and a professional indeed,I will call him and or recommend him highly in the future. He said he was feeling fine after the fire and etc. Thanks again for having him on your web site. You could not find a person more professional than Jamie Johnson of Cincinnati Tile. He done an excellent job we could not be any happier.

Two parts to this job the first part was great and the second we had a problem as too much dirt got into the sealer. When we noticed the problem and they were told about it. It was fixed in no time. That is what impressed us the most. Anyone can be rated good when things go right. It is the people who step up and fix things when they go south and that they did. We would recommend this contractor to anyone.

Mr Johnson contacted me the same day I put in the request. He came out, completed the project, and was very professional. He respected my home and even wore booties even though I said it wasn't necessary. He cleaned up so well that I didn't need to do anything. His knowledge of tile and grout was excellent -- the perfect professional. I would hire him again and refer him to my friends.

Jamie got in touch with us right away and came out to our house the same week to provide us an estimate. He did a great job and we especially like the backsplash he installed for us. There are a few ungrouted areas we will need to touch up ourselves and some sinking-in caulk, but otherwise, the job he did was amazing.
