Jerry Jones

The job was done in a reasonable time. The finish product was great and big improvement to our home. After the floor was finished Jerry told me that Home Depot had some doors on sale and he could see we needed a new one. I went and looked and was very happy to purchase the door. Jerry had done a great deal of work for us in the past and we were more then pleased with his work and was reasonable with the cost. So we wqere shocked when he charged us over $200.00 to replace the door. The entire job for the door was at the most 90 minutes. The clicker to all of this was the lenght of time he took to clean up the mess left behind. We didn't hear from him for over a week even after 3 phone calls to find out what was going on. At last he showed up on the same day we were going to hual it all to the dump. He said his truck had broke down. His work is very good and we thought we had found a person who was good at his job , honset and trustworthy. We are now looking for someone else to finish several things that need to be done. We don't mind paying a fair price but felt that the $200.00 was to much for no more then it took in time.
