Prompt, detailed, thorough, does her homework before arriving, friendly, professional.
She walked the property and unlike prior appraisers I've had (this is my third house), she came with the information on record regarding the house layout (outdated and what others used, so I've learned later), walked and measured. She discussed products used in upgrades, and really knows her stuff!!!! I was so impressed. The last person, five years ago, showed up stoned, he wrote such an inaccurate appraisal I had to write a three page letter to the bank about all of his errors, and for a "select" company, he was the worst I've ever experienced.
Aspen is a super company and I would highly recommend each and every time you need an appraisal, whether you are paying for it or the bank, ask for Aspen appraisals.
