He was very courteous and prompt. Though I called him, and left a message late Saturday night when I got home from work,
He was very kind and replied early the next morning.

It went amazing. Ozzie normally charges overtime for Sunday if the client hasn't pre-scheduled. My pipe had burst the night before and I called him on Sunday morning. He went out of his way to reschedule another appointment and got to my house by 10:30. He was done by 12:15 and didn't charge overtime!
Will definitely be using his services in the future.
