cable tv service
+ -1 moretech wasn't nice(F). I called back and got a very nice man(A). He looked thru my computer, saw the freezing, checked, but didn't know why. Made some suggestions, which didn't help. This is the same problem when Cable One had this service. CTCI hasn't worked out the bugs, yet.
Description of Work: Increase my speed. It was taking 5 or 6 hours to stream a movie. It was great the first week. Later It kept freezing (77 times one day) and going offline. The Salmon rep (A) gave me the number to the tech people. The first
