Absolute trash of a company. Female who corresponds through email is not only rude but a flat out liar. Tech was a genuine nice guy. It’s in your best interest to avoid them at all cost and god forbid you have no other option to use them. Do not, under any circumstances let them leave equipment at your location. They left a small fan in my open air attic for a minor water incursion during a heavy rain. The tech stopped by because he said he was in the area and wanted to ask if any more water had shown up. I told him no and ask him if he wanted the fan. “Nah, we will just let it run.” Then he retrieves the fan at a later date and gives me a $500 bill for the fan rental. I ask him and he flat out said it was BS and there’s no way I should have to pay that. Try talking to the company and the same female through email…. It’s a waste. She lies through her teeth and says they attempted to retrieve it on multiple occasions. Which is utter BS. Nope, you will pay $500 for the fan or we report it to collections. I have no less than 8 fans I could have put up there for far less than $500 and with the same results. Thank you North Idaho Flood and Fire for being another example of 2023 neighborly business practices. Anyone out there willing to pay $500 for me to leave a fan at your house, reach out. They were hired by my sons landlord/boss was told to throw away furniture , I went to get what was left of my sons belongings and it was all gone , when I called to ask about it they were rude and hung up on me! They stole his belongings

This was a nightmare. The manager of the organization came and spoke with me at the home. He promised and assured me that the restoration would be done in a professional manner and that the quality of work would be great. He was informed that my step - brother who owned the home was an elderly, ill, dementia patient and that all communication would be going through me. The manager quit conversing with me via email or phone when issues began to arise from his quality of work was questioned. They did not do as the insurance company had itemized and paid him for. He also spoke with my step brother to settle this claim since there were still issues on the claim and with his dementia, he did not remember that he agreed to any of the things stated by the manager. He was well aware of the elderly dementia issue and took advantage of it. He was informed of this at our meeting on 4/18/14 and he did not deny it. As I told him at that meeting, he had been informed not to speak with Ron but me. They charged a finance fee even tho' the work was not completed to our satisfaction after repeatably telling them of the issues. We had to get someone to finish the cleaning and waxing of floors, had to insist that a cabinet be replaced (which has not yet been done). They did not seal walls completely, cracked windows further (even tho we did not see any crack or were we advised of one was there prior), home furnishing and personal items were not returned for month or two after the request to bring them back was made several times. We reported them to the BBB and their response was I had nothing to do with the claim yet it is my name as the claimant on the insurance paperwork.
