Diamond Peak Cleaning

The relationship started out great. I was fairly impressed with their services. I had to call them back for a few small things, but they still did a good job. They did however, refuse to take my advice on how to get our bathtubs clean, and would say, "I couldn't get the bath tub clean." That is unacceptable. They then cancelled on me and rescheduled for the next week, which at the time was fine. However, I ended up need the cleaning done before the rescheduled date. I told them that I was upset, and they quit on me that day; over e-mail for that matter. I feel as though I had been very fair to them, always respectful when telling them the things that they needed to fix. They didn't bother to have the professionalism to give me some notice, or even discuss the issues in person. Right before they quit they dropped off my last invoice and didn't bother to say anything at that point in time. It is a shame because I did enjoy having them as cleaners.
