They were supposed to call before spraying so I could show them what to spray. They sprayed while I was gone then billed me.

This happened several years ago so I may not be 100% accurate on dates.  We have a large yard and used weed man for our private residence as well as a rental property.  The office staff is amazing and that is why I gave professionalism an A.  The first time we used them was to blow out our sprinklers in the Fall of 2010.  We had just moved into our home and knew nothing of the sprinkling system which is quite large (16 stations).  The person that came out wasn't sure how to turn it off and ended up turning on a major water line that led out to the field behind our house.  We did not notice that water was pumping out to the field 24/7 for over a month.  Once we noticed they were quick to come out and turn off the line with no charge.  An understandable mistake.  The spring 2011 came and they turned our water on, no problem, did weed and feed and the lawn seemed fine.  They came to blow out our sprinklers in the Fall again with no problem and recommended we aerate our lawn which they did after the sprinklers had been blown out.  In the Spring 2012 the lawn was burning up.  I called numerous times to have them get our sprinklers turned on.  They were super busy, which is understandable most lawn care places are busy that time of year.  The office people were always very communicative and helpful.  The person that was doing the water turn on was the one who continued to promise to come and then wouldn't call or show up.  He finally showed up when my lawn was completely dry/brown.  He couldn't get our sprinkler system to turn on, he said mice must have chewed through the wires.  He spent several weeks trying to figure out how to get our sprinklers on.  Later he admitted that it was probably damaged from the aeration the previous Fall.  Weed Man didn't charge us for the repair which I was grateful for.  The Sprinkler guy didn't wait to make sure all the sprinklers were working properly so I had them come out to adjust our sprinklers later in the season which again was a long wait.  I was having issues with several sprayers in the front lawn and the lawn wasn't getting watered properly.  They came out and said it was plugged sprinkler heads.  (I have since had the sprinklers replaced because the real issue was not enough water pressure). In the Fall I waited and waited for them to come blow out our sprinklers.  We had several hard freezes and I was getting concerned.  I decided to call someone else to blow them out.  I called to tell weed man not to bother coming out to blow out the sprinklers.  We canceled our service with them.  I think they are so busy that they promise more than they can deliver in a timely fashion.  Again I would like to commend the office staff for their customer service.  I only wish they had more lawn maintenance guys to do the work they take on. I think they are competitive in their pricing and really liked the staff.  Everyone was always super nice/polite.  I don't mind waiting when someone is up front with me, but I hate to be told what I want to hear just to appease.

The service was good. The cost of service depends on what they did. They were quick and showed up. They did what they were told. They did their job which they should. I have not talked to them, they just come and do their work.

It started out a little rough getting them out and doing the work but Kimberly made things happen and they came out very quickly and got the job done. The technician was amazing to explain everything that I need to know and had all kinds of information tips for me.

Initially it was rough as they sent me bills before even providing the service, which I thought pretty bold of a company that had no history with me. Then come May, I returned from out of town to see dandelions growing like crazy in my lawn. I contacted them and informed them of my displeasure, but they came the next day and applied the pesticide to my lawn. I understand that ambient temperatures have to reach a certain point before pesticides will be effective, hence they could not provide a sold ETA for the date of service.
But the pesticide did as promised and come Fall they returned again to do the Fall application. The online payment processing registration was a bit problematic, but I sent prompt payment and am happy with the service so far and will continue with them.

As of right now I'm ticked at this company. I contracted them in January with the treatment dates reported to be late March to mid May depending on the snow thaw. Well, as of April 30, the only thing I've seen from this company is two bills requesting I pay up front. I've left messages and there's consistently no answer at their company.
It seems we are at an impasse, I will not pay them for a service they haven't performed and they won't show up until they have my money, if at all. Meanwhile, the weeds are growing in my yard and I'm calling another company.
Update: After leaving a pretty intense message, they called back and were out the next day to perform service. I am now pleased with them and they arrived late Summer to do the Fall weed control service without being prompted. So far, I am keeping this company for weed control, they are 1:1 on service, we'll see if they keep it up.

I have been pleased with their services. I was here the last time he came and he spent quite a bit of time talking about some specific issues with my yard. I would probably use them again.
