Asked for fertilizer to be applied as I have the weeds taken care of. Tech showed up at the door to perform service and when I asked him what he was doing he said applying weed control but that it was too windy. I told him I did not need weed control but only fertilizer. He said that someone else would be out to apply fertilizer. Two days later he came back again when I was not home, talked to my wife and said again that it was too windy to perform the service. He was going to apply weed control again! Friday when I was out of town he stopped by and applied the weed control! ??? I have called the office on two separate occasions asking why the weed control was applied and not the fertilizer that was discussed. I told them I am not paying for a service I did not want. They said they would talk to their manager but I have not heard back from them.
