The initial cleaning didn't go well. There was a lot of water and my carpets were left soaking wet. They thought it may have been equipment problem. They came back and re-cleaned for free and were great about correcting issue. Second cleaning was great. I'd use again.

Great! I love Pure Clean! This is the second time they have come to clean my carpets. They are quick, professional, and do a wonderful job. My carpets look, feel, and smell cleaner afterwards.
Their regular prices are competitive, but their "Clean Freak" program is amazing. For a monthly fee, they greatly reduce the price of each carpet cleaning (50-75%) and they come as many times as you would like them. Always by appointment. We have a large house that is mostly carpeted. It is well worth the investment.
The only complaint I have is that they wrote my address down wrong on the first cleaning and tried to find the wrong house both times. In each case they called to ask me directions and arrived within minutes. The office said they've now corrected the problem as well.
