+ -1 moreWe are looking into building and contacted Kartchner homes. They responded very quickly and met with us the same day to show us spec homes and give some price estimates. We were impressed with the quality of their homes, the timeline in which they're completed, their reasonable prices, and friendly, helpful and professional staff. We will definitely consider having them as a builder if we decide to go that route.
