, It went fine. Took about 35 minutes. He looked at what needed to be done, opened up a binder and told me it would be 507.00, I thought it was high but had him do the work. After he left I called three other plumbers and got quotes from 150.00 to 275.00. I called advance plumbing they said they knew their prices were high but made no excuses. I will never use them again

the issue is the cost - i was stupid to pay so much - it was outrageous

Showed up with wrong tools (but still charged $250 for an assessment call). Couldn't do anything without tools so had to come back the next day. Took 2 hours to repair and charged $1500. They said they do not use an hourly rate so watch out.

Our sewer line colapsed because of root damage, they were out to the house at the time they said they would be and had the pipe replaced in a matter of hours without making a mess of the yard!

We had a slow drain that has been developing over time. We finally gave in when it almost stopped draining completely. I called, and the lady on the phone was very friendly and ready to help. The plumber called about 20 minutes before he was to arrive and was right on time. He was friendly and professional, did everything like the ads on the radio said he would, he put on shoe covers as he stepped through the door, he assessed the problem and suggested some options, he gave me exact price quotes and the price I paid matched the quote. He laid down big area rugs before getting to work. My husband and I decided to have the drain blown out, the most expensive option, and they started prepping the drain with the augur. They worked for some time one it, but decided that blowing the drain out would not be beneficial to us, thus they only charged us for the auguring. I left to run errands and my husband remained to oversee the completion. hen I returned, they had cleaned up so well, I couldn't tell they had been there. We will be having them back to do some more work.
