From the start James who owns S.W.A.T was extremely professional. I called James and explained what I wanted. He told me it  would not be a problem and we set-up an appointment for him to do the job.
James called about an hr before arriving just to confirm that I was home.
When he arrived he looked over the job and got right to work. He mapped out the area over the fireplace for the TV with Painters tape  so I could then see exactly how the tv would look. 
He then asked me how many devices I wanted added to the TV so he could run the correct wiring.
Once all that was understood he then drilled the holes to run wire and power he then hung the TV over the fireplace plugged in the devices. 
All the wires were hidden to our satisfaction, he cleaned up any mess that was made and all was running fine before he left.
I would certainly recommend James (S.W.A.T) to all who needs any TV installation. If I could give him a rating higher then excellent I would.

The process from start to finish was professional and prompt. James returned our initial call within 2 hours and came out for an evaluation the same day. He worked late into the evenings to get the job done and always really fixed things as opposed to taking a quick work around. He was professional and easy going, and extremely knowledgable about equipment, surround sound wiring, networking and all aspects home theater systems. 

Everything went as I had planned., starting with the fact that James answered promptly  the first call and was very professional.  I knew that he was knowledgeable and had done the job before by the questions that he asked about the equipment and accessories that I had.  I did not have the bracket; so, he offered to get if for me so that I would get what I wanted for the price that I wanted and he had used it before.   He had asked for pictures of the room and the location of the cable.  So, when he arrived , showed him everything.  He completed the job on the estimated time that he had given me and after completing his work he even cleaned up everything.  The TV was placed perfectly and he hid the cable box so that it would not be visible as well as all the cables.  I am very happy.

James is awesome he arrive at my house on time looked at where the tv was going to be installed (kitchen) and started the job didn't stop until the job was complete and the tv was mounted on my wall and he also found the best way to hide the cables and stayed until the tv and directv were functioning correctly. Thanks James definitely will use your services again and recommend you to friends!!!!

James Johnson owns SWAT. He did a great job. A difficult installation as he replaced a 1990 projector with a new projector and had to run new wiring which was very difficult. Did a great job. Kept me informed of exactly what needed to be done and the pricing with no surprises. Very reliable and I would highly recommend James and will use him again for any installation.

James was not only professional from the start, but prompt, friendly and a creative problem solver as well.  I hired him to come in and repair severed wires to both of our outdoor speakers that had been chewed through by squirrels. He not only fixed the problem, he covered the newly repaired lines with steel sheathing he created on site out of secure phone contact protectors!  Let the squirrels try and chew through that!  And he secured the lines with clear waterproof epoxy that was much better than the stucco it replaced.  So, following the Boy Scout credo, James left our outdoor speakers set up even better than he found it.  We were very happy with his work, his friendliness, creativity and professionalism.  Anytime we need home theater, A/V, wiring, etc. issues resolved in the future, we're calling SWAT!

James gave a thorough explanation and idea of costs when I contacted him by phone to inquire about his services.
James arrived at the time promised, giving a call when he was nearby.
His work was very meticulous. It is evident that he has a great knowledge of his profession.
He cleaned up thoroughly.
James is very personable, easily sharing his vast knowledge of electronics. I learned quite a bit throughout the day. When we had wireless issues, he began trouble shooting and did not give up until he diagnosed the problem. It turned out not to be connected to any of the above work. He DID NOT say, "oh, you'll have to call Samsung or Comcast", but helped us figure out what was going on. That was really beyond the scope of work he was performing.
He is a good teacher. I can operate this equipment (I was always afraid to touch our old 25 year old system).
This was an excellent experience.

James was very professional, preparing a detailed estimate for the work, communicating as needed prior to the installation, and arriving at the time we agreed upon.  The quality of the work was excellent and the price was reasonable.

Arrived on time.    James was incredible.   Great  high quality work, great attitude and pricing was decent!   Had purchased a 50inch TV for our son and his wife and wanted to have on the wall.
