Marvin was extremely flexible having to come in 3 separate times over a 2 month period to work around other contractors and project dependencies. While he was very busy with other jobs, he always made time to meet our schedule. His workmanship was excellent. He conducted himself in a very polite, professional manner. He was very careful and respectful of our property taking great care to prep and protect all floor surfaces, fixtures and furniture. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself each time he was in our home. I had a number of special requirements that he remembered and executed flawlessly. Finally, Marvin was very cost competitive, efficient and definitely delivered value. Bottom line, Marvin was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone doing a remodel because of the extra care he takes on the job.

Excellent experience. Showed up on time and bid the job within the time frame we asked for. He started masking everything off before he started and made sure the rest of the house wasn't effected by the messy drywall dust. Showed up on time each day and completed the job exactly when he said he would. We had to leave the house for some errands on the last day of his work, and we came back to a completed job, and he even cleaned up and vacuumed the work area.
We have another project coming up and we will definitely use him again!

He was nice and professional. Returned my calls promptly. Gave a free estimate of the project. The day of the project, he was still working on another project and asked if could postpone it to the next day. I explained that I was going out of town for a week. He did come later in the day and finished the project. One of the walls I wanted an area left without any sheet rock because next summer I was planning on putting in a window. He had left the opening in the wrong location. I think because he was rushed to finish it that he made the area. I would use him again to finish the project next summer

It went perfect and I will use him again in the future.

Marvin Cunningham and his helper were on the job as soon as we were ready and the drywall arrived. They were having a busy spell at work, but gave us long days and came back early mornings, evenings, and weekends as the mud was dry and ready for more preparation. The original bid was $2200, but we opted to buy the drywall ourselves. Marvin subtracted what we spent from his bid, leaving us paying only $667 for the complete job of 360 square feet. Excellent work.
